Pure Data is a very powerful Audio programming language with a graphical user interface.

It was 'invented' by Miller Puckette and is now developed further by him and others. PD is open source. All major OS are supported.  (Windows, Linux, Irirx and now also Mac, ...)

PD Pluckstring is my little attempt to create a virtual acoustic plucked string emulation using this environment.
